As a member, you can find your insurance policies and their conditions in the Hedvig app. If you have any questions about your policies, please send us a message in the app.

If you’re not a member, you can read more about our insurances on our website, and get a price quote. You will also find our terms and condition here.

In the app, you can easily change your address, contact details and add co-insured persons to your insurance. You can also get help by sending a message to your service team via the app.

Yes. Your Hedvig contract has no lock-in period, meaning that you are free to cancel it whenever you choose. If you cancel your policy in the middle of the month, you’ll only be charged up until the cancellation date.

Simply cancel your insurance directly in the Hedvig app, or contact us by phone, email or send us a message in the app.

If you sublet (rent another person’s apartment, condominium or house), you need a rental home insurance.

If you are the one renting out your residence, you still need a home insurance in Sweden for your apartment or house.

Unfortunately not. If you’re not listed in the Swedish Population Register, and lack a personal identity number, you can’t become a Hedvig member. This is due to the fact that certain of our services are connected to your personal identity number.

Your home insurance at Hedvig includes coverage while travelling abroad. You can easily get your travel certificate directly in the Hedvig app. This certificate serves as proof that you are protected by insurance in case of accidents or illnesses, which can be essential for certain destinations that require such documentation.
