Theft
Theft means when someone has illegally taken something of personal property (apartment or house) with the intention of depriving the rightful owner of it. Your insurance will compensate you if your insured property should be stolen or destroyed. Different things apply depending on where the damage occurs somewhere, and what kind of property it is.
In order for a crime to be described as theft, it is not only required that the perpetrator takes something from someone else, but also that it was for the purpose of acquiring the thing permanently.
