Liability insurance
Liability insurance is part of your home insurance and its basic protection. It provides protection if you are required to pay damages or end up in a lawsuit. The liability insurance covers, among other things, legal costs if the case goes to court. Your insurance reimburses you if someone should demand that you pay damages for personal injury or property damage, if what happened occurred while you were insured or co-insured with Hedvig and the incident is covered by the liability insurance.
