Bostadsrättstillägg (Condominium supplement)
If you own your apartment, it is important to have an insurance that covers the apartment itself as well, not just the stuff that is in it. In the language of insurance, it is called a condominium supplement – translated to "Bostadsrättstillägg" in Swedish. It covers, for example, water damage to your kitchen and other interior in your apartment, as well as damages on your floor and walls.
