Increased transparency. Easier claims. More trust.

When we talk to our members and ask them what they think of insurance, words like ‘transparency’ and ‘clarity’ are rarely used. Instead, most people associate insurance with difficult to understand terms hidden in long, legal documents. Most people don’t know what they can claim for, or what they would receive should they make a claim.

We believe that’s wrong. Insurance should be transparent and trust should be at its core. You should feel the value you get for your monthly fees and understand exactly what you’re covered for.

Today's app update takes us a step closer to our goal by launching a dedicated Claims tab.

From Claims you will be able to easily initiate reporting a claim. You will also be able to get more information about common claims that are relevant to you; how we cover them, what you can expect to be reimbursed, and what to include in the claims recording.

In the future, the content will become even more tailored to you as an individual. We will also build it out so that you get a full overview of all of your claims; current and past.
